What are your caregiver ratios?
We maintain low, attentive ratios to ensure each child receives focused care. Ratios are adjusted based on age and group dynamics, always prioritizing safety and quality attention.
What is your standard child-to-caregiver ratio?
We maintain a carefully structured ratio to ensure each child receives attentive, high-quality care. For children between the ages of 2 and 10, we provide one caregiver for every two children.
What is the ratio for children under the age of 2?
For infants and toddlers under the age of 2, we provide a dedicated one-to-one caregiver-to-child ratio. This allows for the individualized attention, safety, and developmental support that younger children require.
Do you offer care for children with special needs?
Yes. We are committed to inclusive, personalized care and provide a one-to-one caregiver-to-child ratio for children with special needs. This ensures each child receives the focused support and attention they deserve.
Why do your ratios vary by age and needs?
Our ratios are designed to reflect the unique requirements of each child. Younger children and those with special needs benefit from more individualized care, while slightly older children can be comfortably and safely supported in small groups.
Can I request a different ratio?

How do these ratios benefit my child?

What if I have another child over the age of 10?
We are not responsible for any additional children aged 11 or older who may be present, as our staffing and activities are designed specifically for the agreed-upon number and age range of children in our care.

Do you provide food or snacks?
We do not supply food. However:
🛟We supervise all snack and drink breaks
🛟Encourage hydration alongside eating
🛟Maintain a calm, attentive environment during snack time
Parents provide all food, drinks, and allergy-specific items
Can parents leave the beach during service?
Yes—parents are welcome to leave the beach. We simply ask that you:
🛟Remain on Long Beach Island
🛟Stay accessible by phone at all times
🛟Provide clear contact details before departure
How are bathroom breaks handled?
We make bathroom breaks easy and safe:
🛟Children are escorted back to your designated beach house or rental
🛟Always fully supervised during transitions
🛟We coordinate logistics with you in advance for a smooth process
Do we sign Non-Disclosure Agreements?
We provide discreet, high-end childcare tailored to families who value privacy, professionalism, and exceptional care. Our experienced caregivers are thoroughly vetted and trained to deliver a nurturing, structured environment while seamlessly adapting to your household’s unique needs. We understand the importance of confidentiality and are fully prepared to sign non-disclosure agreements upon request, ensuring your family’s privacy is always protected.
What is your weather policy?
Our weather policy is designed to balance reliability with flexibility. In the event of rain or unexpected weather changes after services have begun, care will continue at an indoor location such as your rental property or another agreed-upon space. If severe weather prevents safe outdoor activities, we will adjust the schedule or environment to ensure uninterrupted care. While refunds are not provided once services have started, partial refunds may be issued in cases of significant weather disruption when services cannot be reasonably continued.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity while respecting both our families’ needs and our caregivers’ time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be rescheduled or subject to a $100 cancellation fee or partial refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to work with families on a case-by-case basis when possible.
Can the caregiver meet us at the rental property instead of the beach?
We can meet at either the rental property or directly at the beach for your convenience. Please note that meeting at the rental property does not affect the contracted hours of service—the scheduled time will still commence and conclude as agreed.
